I graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in May of 2016 with a degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, a certificate in Public Health, and extensive course work in Molecular and Cellular Biology. I am currently working as a Professional Research Assistant in Dr. Eric Clambey’s laboratory at Anschutz Medical Campus studying gammaherpes viruses, the immune system, and developing tools for high-dimensional  analysis and mass cytometry.

I hope to matriculate into a PhD program in Fall 2019 and to continue studying the labyrinthine that is the host immune system, the mechanisms pathogens utilize to cleverly evade it, and develop computational methods needed to study it properly. I would eventually like to teach, write non-fiction, and run my own research lab.
